Operations can use this page to track multiple prime movers activities overview. Operations can see whether the job is on planned/started/completed/late stage.
The y-axis represents the prime mover and prime mover's code. Meanwhile the x-axis represents the time. Therefore, operations can view each vehicle driver combination and what they are doing over time.
Color Legend:
Light Grey = Start to StartEnd (at pickup location)
Middle Grey = StartEnd to End (transit time)
Dark Grey = End to EndOut(at drop location).
Blue = Trip planned in the future
Red = Trip planned but in the pass (delayed).
Green = Trip Started not delivery end out. There are two other shades which represent
Mid Green = startEnd to End,
Dark Green = End marked but not EndOut.
Potential Empty Trip outstation = Empty Trips are auto calculated based on the last drop point is outstation, then the system will generate an empty trip. There will not be Empty Trips for same zone delivery. This can be turned off with a toggle.
This is the speed graph showing the speed of the truck over time. Users can see if the truck is moving or not to track if their timing updates are accurate.
Operations have the ability to filter or segment the timeline by departments.
Operations can hover the colour lines to have quick view of the job details.
Operations can update the job accordingly by pressing on the line. Operations can update the timings or change the driver/vehicle/trailer if needed.
Operations also can see the trip history on the right side of the modal.
There is a small graph on top of the map which displays the timing vs speed.
Operations can select specific time range from the graph and the map will follow accordingly.
